InstaDesign: Home Design AI ("we", "us") is an AI interior and outdoor design app operated by TEK BH. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you generate a design, the photo you choose is sent over an encrypted connection to our AI processing providers — fal.ai (image generation) and Google Gemini (image analysis) — solely to produce your redesign. Photos are processed transiently by these providers and are not used to train their models under our service agreements. Generated results are stored on your device; a copy may be cached temporarily on the provider's CDN to deliver the image to you.
We never sell your photos, and no human reviews them.
InstaDesign uses anonymous authentication (Firebase) — no name or email is required. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed via RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier and purchase receipts (never payment card details — Apple keeps those).
We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand feature usage (e.g. "a design was generated") and to fix crashes. This data is tied to an anonymous identifier, not your identity. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use advertising SDKs.
Designs and history live on your device — deleting the app deletes them. To reset your anonymous analytics identifier, delete and reinstall the app. For any privacy request, contact us at hbh@tekbh.com.
InstaDesign is not directed at children under 13.
